On August 6, 2026, a piano concerto concert will be held as part of the Kyoto International Music Festival.We are looking for soloists to perform with the “Orchestra Kyoto”. Pianists who have passed the qualifying rounds will be eligible to perform with the Kyoto Orchestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The piece to be performed must be a movement of a work by a classical composer such as Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Schumann, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Centered around the Kyoto International Music Competition and the Kyoto International Music Festival, the orchestra aims to inspire audiences through the captivating art of concertos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By providing young performers with the opportunity to collaborate with an orchestra, the “Orchestre de Kyoto” supports the development of future musical talent. This initiative creates rare and invaluable opportunities for selected performers to perform alongside an orchestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The orchestra focuses its performances on concertos, emphasizing the exquisite harmony created by the orchestra and soloists. By delivering high-quality performances, it seeks to offer audiences profound emotional experiences through music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
